The conversion efficiency and stability are much lower than those of modern high-voltage DC power supplies. However, with the improvement of circuit breaker technology, high-frequency circuit breaker conversion technology has begun to be applied to high-voltage power, and its energy storage is very stable, safe and reliable.

 

The principle of high-voltage DC power supply in dust removal in vacuum cleaners

A narrow pulse voltage waveform with a pulse width of 100μS or less is superimposed on the basic DC high voltage, and a sharply rising pulse voltage is applied to the electric field electrode to make the corona distribution uniform and generate a strong corona discharge corona wire on the corona electrode. The internal breakdown voltage of the electric field is greatly improved to make the dust more charged. At the same time, the corona current can be adjusted by changing the pulse repetition frequency without increasing or decreasing the peak voltage, and dust collection can be achieved at a lower current density.

According to the technical route of superimposing pulse high voltage on basic DC high voltage, it is planned to divide the pulse high-voltage power supply into two parts: basic DC high-voltage unit and pulse high-voltage unit. These two units are designed with separate structures. Among them, the basic DC high-voltage unit uses the original power frequency three-phase high-voltage unit, and adds a high-voltage isolated switch cabinet, adds a high-voltage isolation switch cabinet with two inlets and one outlets of basic DC high voltage and pulse high voltage, and the pulse high-voltage unit corresponds to a series LC resonant circuit.
