An isolation converter is a mechanical electronic converter that can convert the DC current signal or DC voltage signal from the site into the DC current signal or DC voltage signal required by the user through isolation, and the power supply, input and output are isolated from each other. The maximum supported AC voltage conversion is 1500V.
Performance and characteristics of analog isolation converter:
(1) It can realize signal isolation between input and output, isolation between input and power supply, and isolation between output and power supply, and prevent the intrusion of strong electric signals to the greatest extent.
(2) High accuracy, large load capacity, strong isolation capability, and can isolate a maximum AC voltage of 1500V.
(3) The power indicator light, module fault alarm light and measurement channel on the front panel of the isolator reflect in real time whether a strong electric signal is intruded.
(4) It can supply power to a two-wire transmitter (24VDC) and has a certain anti-RFI/EMI (radio frequency/electromagnetic interference) capability.
(5) There are various forms of signal isolation. We mainly use input 4~20mA DC signal, output 4~20mA and 0~10V DC signal.
